Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website or booking a plumbing service with Fixora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services

Services Offered

Fixora provides residential and commercial plumbing services including, but not limited to, leak detection, drain cleaning, pipe repair, water heater installation, and emergency plumbing. Service availability may vary depending on location, technician availability, and other factors.

Appointment Bookings

Appointments can be made online or via phone. Once booked, a confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. In case of emergencies or last-minute changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request

Pricing & Estimates

All pricing provided prior to service is an estimate and may vary based on the nature and complexity of the work. Final charges will reflect labor, materials, and any additional services provided. We strive to be transparent with all costs and will inform you before proceeding with extra work

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment methods. Invoices must be paid in full within the stated payment terms to avoid penalties

Warranty & Guarantees

Fixora offers limited warranties on labor and certain parts. Warranty periods vary depending on the service provided. Any misuse or modification of installed parts voids the warranty. Please contact us for specific warranty information regarding your service

Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear and safe access to plumbing areas and disclose any relevant property issues (e.g., hidden leaks, asbestos, or hazardous materials). Fixup will not be liable for any delays or damage resulting from undisclosed conditions

Limitation of Liability

Fixora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use, delays, or website interruptions. While we strive for excellence, unforeseen issues may occur, and we are not liable beyond the service fee paid.
